What is it exactly Jesse Jackson wants to do with Barack's nuts?

Apparently the republican network Fox News will be airing the tape tonight of Jesse's comments about the messiah and his nuts... "cut his nuts out" or something to that affect.

Should be humorous as hell interesting to hear further details on this.
