Note- The pictures above were not altered by me - these are actual staged pictures of these 2 candidates in all their messiah-like glory. I simply put them side by side to try and make a much needed point!
"I noticed that a six foot tall guy who was standing in front of me had stretched far enough above the crowd and shook hands with Barack. As the guy drew back his hand I asked him, "You shook his hand didn't you?" Happily the guy said "Yes." I then said, "give me some of that" and the guy shook my hand with the same hand he had just clasped with Barack's. A woman friend of mine who was standing next to me saw me shake hands with the guy. I turned to her and said "He just shook hands with Barack," to which she responded..."Hey, give it up." We then shook hands. She then turned to the person next to her and shook hands. This chain of hand shakes went on for about five or six more persons...." MyDD
Does Barack Obama consider himself God? Noted in Men's Vogue -
Not long ago at a Hollywood fundraiser:
"When Morgan Freeman comes over to greet Obama, the senator begins bowing down both hands in worship. `This guy was president before I was,' says Obama, referring to Freeman's turn in Deep Impact and, clearly, getting a little ahead of his own bio. Next, a nod to Bruce Almighty: `This guy was God before I was."
This picture I posted on the left is actually a campaign ad I found on an Obama supporters site. You click the ad to go to Obama's site and donate to his campaign. (This is not the clickable ad, I just grabbed the picture to make a point here.) Notice the halo around the new messiah's head. This is no accident on the part of the Barack Obama campaign.. no accident at all.
The Obama Messiah Watch
Dated: Jan. 29, 2007
Is Barack Obama—junior U.S. senator from Illinois, best-selling author, Harvard Law Review editor, Men's Vogue cover model, and "exploratory" presidential candidate—the second coming of our Savior and our Redeemer, Prince of Peace and King of Kings, Jesus Christ? His press coverage suggests we can't dismiss this possibility out of hand. I therefore inaugurate the Obama Messiah Watch, which will periodically highlight gratuitously adoring biographical details that appear in newspaper, television, and magazine profiles of this otherworldly presence in our midst. "What has Obama done to earn such praise? He has no record. But he does have rhetoric -- the kind of rhetoric that makes people all warm and fuzzy inside" Townhall.com
The Messiah: The Chosen One -
"The Messiah, the Chosen One, the Annointed one, the Peacekeeper" are frequent phrases used in this book, along with;
"President George Bush represents a different kind of leader." ".....seeing not just what is there, but what is not there"
"in his infinite wisdom and mercy, has sent us the One annointed by him with powers far beyond our comprehension to stand against evil"
It's a funny thing about cults, members never know they are in one even as they are repeatedly warned that they are. - MyDD
Is Barack Obama the Messiah? - Blog devoted to the new chosen one:
""... a light will shine through that window, a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany ... and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote for Obama" - Barack Obama Lebanon, New Hampshire.

"The lady sitting next to me dipped into a bucket of popcorn and murmured the phrases back: " 'If you believe.' 'The time is now.' That's right," she agreed.
She was a little disappointed, in fact, when the rally ended: "Why didn't he do, 'Yes we can'?" she asked a friend, as if a concert had ended, the biggest hit not performed."
""Politics doesn't even begin to describe it. A visit to an Obama rally is a pilgrimage"
"Obama's congregation seems to be growing..."
"Obama has come as rain from a Kenyan cloud that seeded in the plains of Iowa and fell in Hawaii..."
Claire McCaskill admits it was her 18 yr old daughter who pushed her to support Barack Obama. Do 18 yr olds have years of wisdom and knowledge of national and international politics or are they more likely to know the latest rock stars?
Carolyn Kennedy supports Obama too because her kids pushed her into it.
No one, especially the media is taking note of the fact that while race has been mentioned in the media, none of them dare to mention that it is Obama who is playing the race card invoking MLK in his speeches and the fact his campaign chairman, Jesse Jackson Jr., is robo calling, and harrassing black political figures in emails saying they need to back Obama or they're political careers will be in jeopardy.. an outright threat by Obama's chairman. The media doesn't even go near this. Instead we get to hear Chris Matthews tell us that Obama's speech is so inspiring it sent a quiver up his leg.... WTF?
George Packer confesses that moments after a 25-minute campaign speech by Obama in New Hampshire concluded, he couldn't remember exactly what the candidate said. Yet "the speech dissolved into pure feeling, which stayed with me for days," he writes.
Given that many of his speeches are criminally short on specifics..."
Bill Clinton disarmed race for blacks by inviting them to talk about it. Obama disarms race for white people by largely avoiding the topic... Slate
Look at these idiots from my home town. Are you going to tell me they know one damn thing on any issues and where Barack Obama stands on those issues? Jesus, looking at this reminds me why I left my home area of Cincy in 1991 and haven't looked back.
