The Obama campaign knows Ohio and Florida are going to be a stretch, so they are relying on southern states including Virginia and Georgia. Obama will lose the general election if he fails to swing these southern states. Without Florida and Ohio, he'll lose the election period.

By some estimates they had about 600,000 African Americans in Georgia who were eligible but unregistered."
The Obama campaign is a powerhouse, a network from Wallstreet all the way down to street thugs hired to manipulate the voter turnout in swing states, just as they did during the primaries and caucuses, using their thugs to strongarm voters, especially elderly who came out for Clinton.
We can only assume this dangerous thug mentality is how he'll run his black-power White House full of criminals and questionable characters, such as those who have been a part of his life for the last 20 years or more -
